Did you receive a piece that was damaged during shipment?

Most pieces can be easily fixed by reconnecting a chain or using super glue to glue stones back on.

However, if a piece is beyond repair, you have 5 days from when you receive your order to report any missing or damaged pieces.

Please email us using our contact page.

Please include your name, order #, and a photo (or photos) of the damaged piece.

After the 5-day time period, no refunds will be given.

No exchanges are allowed.

We are not responsible for items lost in transit if the package shows delivered.
